The "PTracer" is shareware.

The cost of license is currently US$50 + source code.

All copyrights to "PTracer" are exclusively owned

by the author - KjaraTeam.

"PTracer" IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR

IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,

DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER

KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING

HIS SOFTWARE.

This license permits development using PTracer ActiveX Library by any

number of persons at your place of work.

You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce and

redistribute executable files created using the Software (the "Executable

Code") in conjunction with software products that you develop and/or market

(the "Applications").

You may not copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,

modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse

engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset

of the licensed program. Any such unauthorized use shall

result in immediate and automatic termination of this

license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Installing and using "PTracer" signifies

acceptance of all terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you

must remove "PTracer" files and all copies of the

same from your storage devices and stop using of the

product.

THE AUTHOR DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL

MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE

UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
